• Season 1 (July and August): €440/night (minimum stay is 7 nights)
• Season 2 (other months): €350/night (minimum stay is 2 nights)
• From 1.5. -  30.6. and from 1.9. - 1.10., pool heating is additionally charged at €50 per day with prior agreement.
• Pets allowed with prior agreement (€15/night)
• Tourist tax is included in the price.
• House capacity: 8 (larger number of guests possible with prior agreement)

For longer stays/smaller number of guests on certain dates, we offer a discount which is calculated upon reservation after direct contact with the property owner.

Payment of a deposit: 200 € upon reservation of the date to the bank account, the remaining amount is paid upon arrival.

• In case of no-show (without prior cancellation) on the reserved date, the guest will be charged 100% of the agreed amount of the arrangement.
• For cancellations made 7-1 days before the scheduled vacation date, the guest will be charged 80% of the agreed amount of the arrangement.
• For cancellations made 21-7 days before the scheduled vacation date, the guest will be charged 50% of the agreed amount of the arrangement.
• For cancellations made 22 or more days before the scheduled vacation date, guests have the right to use the deposit for another available date of their choice. It is possible to change the date once under this cancellation policy; after that, the right to a refund of the deposit and the possibility of using it will be forfeited.
